Sylvia Rands has been at the forefront of Vocal exploration and teaching in New Zealand for 25 years. A performing arts professional and sound-healer Sylvia teaches her own unique blend of vocal training , Four Elements voice. This work focuses on balancing the ego to enable greater spiritual attunement, connecting with the authentic voice of each individual , aligning the body and being through sound and tone and awakening the creative core for fuller satisfaction in your self-expression.
